Samaila Maiunguwa Gwani: Life is a cumulation of consistent changes that are either planned or unprecedented. We all experience changes and encounter events that set us on particular paths in life and some of those encounters may alter our personalities positively or negatively. Many of us are forced by the circumstances of life to question the things we once believed, the perspectives we once held, our thought patterns and even our definitions of concepts. Some fail to make these changes and get stuck in the quagmire of their inflexibility, others are quick to give in to pressures and make negative changes while others get it spot-on and transition positively. Is there a possible way to make these transitions without incurring losses and creating more harm than good? This space is about assessing those concepts, beliefs, mindsets, perspectives and thoughts that ultimately alter our lives negatively or positively, forging/moulding inner postures and discovering methods of approach for each circumstance we encounter.
